Range of products
RTK spol. s r.o. manufactures a wide range of fabrics up to the width of 180 cm and with maximum number of threads in texture 10,080 in basic or dobby structure with possibility of up-thread as well as down-thread colour effects.
All staple materials, both natural and synthetic, are processed. It is possible to process also multifilament yarn in down-thread direction.
The biggest part of production consists of shirting (poplin) from top-quality fine cotton-yarns from tex 7.4 in weight of fabrics from 70 g/m2. In addition, also various medium-weight up to heavy cotton fabrics with weight up to 450 g/m2 are produced. Also linen, viscose, synthetic (PES, Trevíra CS) and woollen yarns as well as various mixed and effective yarns are commonly processed.
At present time, however, RTK spol. s r.o. supplies also bleached and dyed fabrics, as well as fabrics with special final adjustments. In addition to the sale of yard goods it is possible to secure also ready-made production (e.g. tablecloths, dish-cloths, bed sheets etc.). This is secured by co-operation with external suppliers.
The annual production is up to 3,000 thousand bm, of which more than 80% is exported to western countries to the most demanding clientele.
